At 25 July I'll be in Kefalonia (Assos) how ever since 1982 for my holidays.
I would like to meet other passionates like me about this wonderful island and this amazing discovery...

Dear Demodocos,
the feast of St. Anne in Lakithra is just on 25 July which is my day of trip from Italy. Perhaps is better on 27 July at the St. Panteleimonas's feast in Poulata or on 6 August at the Sotiras feast in St. Efimia .

Well, St. Panteleimonas is greatly honoured on 27th July - feasts for him in both Poulata and Kontogourata. It looks as though Poulata prepares the best pork: http://www.cephaloniacenter.gr/festivals.html - I wonder what speciality there is that day in Kontogourata ?

Dear Demodocos ("the well received by the people"),
I think that I'll be very probably at 6th August in the evening in Agia Efimia at the Sotiras Feast. From 30 July since 12 August I'll be in Assos by Ritsa in the Pension Gerania with my family (wife and son) and a group of friends. We'll be happy to meet you, if you like so.

What discovery exactly? Has any archaeology been carried out? Rather than any data, we seem to confront a huge and profitable PR exercise.
